CPU Module

SOM-128-EX is the Computer-on-Module (CoM) used on 86Duino boards. It integrates the Vortex86EX SoC, DDR-III memory chip, flash chip, and power-management circuits into a small PCB to make easy the development of various embedded systems. The following are useful documents for SOM-128-EX:
