I have sucessfully installed Alpine Linux 3,0,1 and now would like to use GPIO's and I2C bus in user space.

Do you have a config.bin file example for the Educake hardware ?

After some time considering different distros I convinsed the "Yocto distro" from Linuxfoundation is the way to go.

Orginal distro for the Intel Galileio.
Have support for many boards using "Board Support Packaces" (also ARM based Beagelboard)

I really hope you are thinking in this direction :-)
We need someting soon... you have great hardware, but no examples for us.
Could you plese let us know you plans ?
When will you have a Linux kernel of some sort that we could comile ourself (not only a image, but also source) with GPIO working for Educake ?

Hello, Kato Gangstad:
86Duino will have a Windows/Linux installation Guide, a unique/light Linux image, a 86Duino kernel image/source and a new library can use on Windows/Linux platforms in the future. (we knew they are very important features on 86Duino)
We plan to first complete the most third-party libraries that are compatible with Arduino. Because they can tell user/beginner what is 86Duino can do. After Coding 105, we will plan to implement those things including installation guides, Linux image and a 86Duino library for Windows XP/CE and Linux platform. Thank you :)
